What we expect
A degree in Quality Management or Environmental Health and Safety
Previous work experience in ISO 9001 and/or Environmental Health and Safety will be considered a plus
Having a SAMTRAC qualification will also be considered an advantage
The ideal candidate should be based in or around Durban

The BASF Africa Graduate Programme is a 24 months programme designed to create future talent needs for the business units, the company, and industry. The development of our graduates follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning which is based on three types of learning: Hands-on work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%) and formal classroom training (10%).
