We are looking for an HR GRADUATE to join a company that employs real people to do exceptional things. Our Graduate Programme starts in January 2024 and runs for 24 months on a fixed-term contract. The AVI-Graduate Programme incorporates a holistic experience of technical, leadership, business development, mentorship and practical experience. As one of our Graduates, you will be exposed to a host of diverse corporate situations spanning from key improvement projects, CSI Initiatives, skills training and behavioural development. What you will be doing: You will form part of a dynamic team of HR professionals and be given the unique opportunity to be exposed to all functions within HR, including but not limited to:

What you will need to be considered: Qualifications:
A BCom Honours in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
A minimum average of 70% in the final year of studies
Sound analytical ability
MS Office (more specifically Excel)
Any vacation experience or part-time work would be ideal
An ability to demonstrate leadership skills
A strong desire to learn and grow
