Job Description: As the Laboratory Processor Trainee you will ensure that quality support is provided to processing department.
The key focus areas of the position will include:
Adherence to the work and training standards of the Business Unit
Providing quality work to the supervisor
Material usage to standard: adherence to standards required for chemicals, glassware and equipment (eg, MSDS, handling and use of glassware and equipment)
Material & workshop machinery & equipment control and good house keeping
Complying with Safety policies and procedures and ensure all safety equipment is working properly, eg personal equipment or built in facilities such as exhaust ventilation systems that remove dust, lead fumes or harmful gases
Maintaining Housekeeping standards
This role is in the Laboratory Department at a B2 level reporting to the HRD Trainer
Grade 12 with Math's and Science
SAP R/3 will be advantageous
To be successful, you will have the following experience:
At least 6 months experience at the lab will be advantageous
