Affidavit to apply for funding (NSFAS/ Bursaries) when your parents/guardians are not earning enough

I am working at...(Company name) {if both parents are married [My partner also works at... (Company name)]}, I only receive my salary money which is R... {and my partner receives R...} and I/we do not receive any other remuneration at the end of the month. I hereby request financial assistance for him/ her to further his/her studies as I cannot afford to pay for her/ his fees. I have attached my ID copy, My/our payslip and Proof of residency.
