Affidavit to apply for funding (NSFAS/ Bursaries) when your parents/ guardians are pensioners

I, (Name, Surname and ID number), am the Guardian/Parent of (Name and Surname) ID no:.. We stay together at the above mentioned address. I am not working, I only receive pension grant money and I do not receive any other remuneration at the end of the month. I hereby request financial assistance for him/ her to further his/her studies as I cannot afford to pay for her/ his fees. I have attached my ID copy, SASSA card copy and Proof of residency.
