Minimum Requirements:
• Post Matric qualification will be an added advantage
• South African Citizen
• Resident of the City of Ekurhuleni
• Knowledge of municipal services
• Report writing skills
• Working knowledge of the languages and dynamics of the City
• Good communication and language skills.
Core Responsibilities:
• Verify that all applications and supporting documents for projects are accurately completed and submitted.
• Report any challenges encountered during the execution of assigned duties to the Project Manager.
• Monitor cold room temperatures and compressor functionality regularly.
• Manage stock on the project site, ensuring proper handling and record-keeping.
• Sweep and clean all spills during offloading and stacking activities to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
• Ensure theft prevention and promote safety to avoid injuries on site.
• Apply supportive strategies and actions to enhance project implementation.
• Utilize interpersonal skills and relevant knowledge to support project goals effectively.
• Prepare and consolidate daily attendance and payment registers for EPWP field workers.
• Compile comprehensive reports on site activities, including photographic evidence.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to departmental projects.
• Inspect equipment and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
