Job Description
Receive orders from Operations department.
Place orders as required and capture orders on the system
Create delivery notes
Process delivery notes on green sheets
Green sheets – capturing of invoices
Filling of overtime forms
Submission of wages to payroll on a monthly basis
Follow up on clocking system anomalies
Compile nigh out schedule for approval
Maintain and update the office filing system
Capturing and updating of records
Prepare monthly diesel report and following up on outdating slips
Diesel card recons
Monitor & Control daily diesel card limits
Qualifications & Experience
Matric / Grade 12.
2- 3 years’ experience
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
