Role purpose Full-time administrative assistant required to manage bookings of various medico-legal practitioners which includes telecommunication, documentation and filing to ensure the effective organisation of the day-to-day patient schedule and customer experience.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing bookings

  • General reception duties

  • Telecommunication

  • Handling all queries on services provided as well as costing

  • Effective customer service

  • Organisation of medico-legal patients to see various practitioners

  • Invoicing follow up

  • Following rules and procedures of various practitioners

  • Documentation and filing of high volumes


Position Requirements Qualifications:

  • Administrative related qualification

Experience:

  • 2 years of Administrative related experience

  • Experience in a medical environment

  • Experience in a legal environment

Knowledge and skills:

  • Multi-tasking skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Knowledge of medico-legal environment

  • Multi-linguistic will be an added advantage (English and Afrikaans)
