Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative support to the financing division.
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate with Accounting as subject.
1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
EFT payments (crop deliveries, shareholder loans);
Processing and payment of estates and resignations;
Preparation and processing of journals;
Issuing of POs and expense authorizations on the system;
Cheque payment requests;
Month-end process (preparation, month-end and post-month end);
Print and envelope of monthly statements;
Management of debtors accounts (creation of accounts, application for limits, collection of outstanding balances);
Creation of new account numbers;
Obtain ITC, CIPC, Deed Search and PEP;
Database maintenance;
Preparation and updating of monthly reports for Operational Admin Manager and Credit Managers;
Ad hoc admin tasks.
