Job Description
To ensure the offices and other venues are kept clean in order to create a orderly environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
Grade 10
0 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
The suitable candidate should have basic reading and writing skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Clean the toilets twice daily and ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked;
Clean the offices once daily;
Vacuum the offices weekly;
Wash the windows monthly;
Wash the carpets quarterly;
Assist the mail room with preparation of mass mail for distribution purposes;
Clean the boardrooms and other venues after meetings / functions;
Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
