• B Eng./BSc. Degree in Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Research and perform desktop studies.
• Deployment to various departments within Eskom in the assigned area of discipline.
• Site visits to learn and understand how the plant/power system works.
• Monthly Report writing.
• Feedback Presentations to EIT Committees on work learnt.
• Overall Reporting writing on knowledge acquired.
This is a 2-year Training Programme where incumbent will be afforded both institutionalised and
on job training.
